Hey there! At The Smash Lab, we’re all about making sure you have a blast—whether you’re smashing stuff, throwing axes, splattering paint, or digging into RC construction. We get that plans can change, so here’s how we handle refunds and booking tweaks for our services. Since we’re a spot for experiences (not stuff you take home), this policy is all about your bookings with us at 4 Meadow Street, Equestria, Pretoria East. Let’s keep it simple and fair!
We don’t offer cash refunds for bookings—once you’re locked in, we’re gearing up to make your time with us awesome. But life happens, and we’re here to help! If you can’t make it, we’ll happily switch your booking to another time that works for you, as long as there’s space. Here’s how it works:

If it’s less than 24 hours before your session, we can’t promise a reschedule. We’ve already set everything up—bats, axes, paint, or RC gear—and our team’s ready to roll. In that case, the booking fee stays with us, but we’ll do our best to work with you if something wild comes up (think emergencies, not “I overslept”). Give us a shout, and we’ll see what we can do.
Missed your slot without telling us? Sorry, mate—we can’t refund or reschedule if you don’t show up. We hold your spot just for you, so give us a heads-up if you’re stuck!
Sometimes things go sideways on our end—like a power cut or a safety issue at the venue. If we have to cancel your booking, you’ve got two choices:

Want to tweak your booking—like adding more mates or switching from smashing to axe throwing? Contact us at least 24 hours before your session, and we’ll adjust it if we can. Extra fees might apply if you’re upgrading (e.g., from a 15-minute smash to a 30-minute one), but we’ll let you know upfront.
